胡海燕，女，1979年7月出生，中共党员，现任吉林工商学院工学院院长，三级教授，工学硕士学位；兼任吉林省智慧农业学会理事。研究方向为人工智能，长期聚焦该领域的教学与科研工作。近五年，主持及参与省部级教科研项目20余项，发表教科研论文20余篇（其中SCI/EI检索论文12篇），获软件著作权登记6项；荣获吉林省教学成果三等奖1项。在人才培养方面，积极指导学生参与学科竞赛，累计带领学生获全国学科竞赛国家级奖项10余项、省级奖项20余项，有效提升学生实践创新能力。
